Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 for orders under $100.  All orders $100 and up ship free.  Processing time is 3-5 business days (sometimes sooner!).  If Grafted Branch Co. fails to ship product after 5 business days, shipping fee will be refunded.  Once items are shipped, Grafted Branch Co. cannot be held liable for delivery.  If the order is not received, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping provider and working with them to locate the order.
